Dr Vadivukarasi, is the assistant professor of Medicine at the Arupadaiveedu Medical College, Pondicherry
Dr Kayalvizhi is a post graduate resident at the Government General Hospital, Chennai.
Both of them were kind enough to volunteer their time and expertise, for the welfare of these orphanged children.

Training of Caregivers in Orphanages
There are 44 orphanages in Nagaipattinam District, housing around 3300 children.
The Caregivers of these orphanages were trained on, soft skills in handling vulnerable children, identifying mental illnesses, basic counselling skills, etc
This programme was arranged for by the Child Secretariat, Nagaipattinam in collaboration with Psychiatric Services and Research Foundation, Chennai, Psycho Trust Karur and the Nagaipattinam District Administration/Social Welfare Department.
